TRUCK PULLIN’ Wild Thing Big Block Ranger
This week’s Truck Pullin’ features a super modified Ford Ranger pulling truck that has been incorrectly labeled as an F-150 – or at least that is what looks to be the case. Really, very few components of this Ford truck came from the factory on any Ford truck, so it really just comes down to semantics when figuring out exactly what kind of truck this is, but the front end looks like an older Ranger.
We don’t know much about this Ranger (or F-150), but the description insists that it is powered by a big block V8, which sounds about right when the run begins. This purpose built Ford pickup blasts down the course with all four tires throwing dirt and while we don’t get to hear the results in feet – we know from the joy of the announcer that the Wild Thing had put on a crowd-pleasing run.
