TIRE SMOKIN’ 1983 Ford F-100 with V8 Power

83 f150 burnout

This week’s Tire Smokin’ video features a 1983 Ford F-100 pickup doing a nice, smoky burnout with the help of a 302 cubic inch V8. There is no information included with this video, so we don’t know if there has been any work done to this old F-100, but since the 1983 302 only came with 133 hp and 233 lb-ft of torque, I would guess that this truck has at least a few additions to increase the power output.

I base my opinion on the fact that this old school F-100 smokes the back tires from a stop and as the truck rolls away far too well to be a stock 1983 Ford pickup.

The video begins as you would expect, with the whisper quiet 1983 Ford F-100 slowly getting both rear tires spinning. After a few seconds of sitting in place with the tires spinning, the driver lets off of the brakes and the truck rolls forward – but the burnout action continues well up the road.

Crank up your speakers and enjoy!
