This Isn’t NASCAR Driver Joey Logano’s Usual Ford

It seems 2015 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series points leader Joey Logano is a Ford man. True, he drives the #22 Blue Oval for Team Penske, but that’s not what I’m talking about.

I’m talking about the 1924 Model T he appears to have purchased recently. It’s certainly not as quick as his usual Ford, but perhaps it’s the Model T’s winning nature that attracted him. Ford sold 16.5 million of them between 1908 and 1927. In fact, “the universal car,” known for its easy maintenance and low cost back in the day, is one of the best-selling cars of all time.

Considering Logano bought a Model T 91 years after it was built, apparently, it still hasn’t lost its selling power.
