Watch Former Stig Drift the 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor

Ben Collins, a.k.a Stig is one of the few people that can claim to have had “the best job in the world,” as he got to thrash the majority of the world’s coolest cars while on the BBC Top Gear staff. This time though, he got to experience the 2017 Raptor and its powerful EcoBoost engine.

The automotive Mecca known as “Goodwood Festival of Speed” takes place in the British countryside every year, and while the majority of the crowd is there to witness million-dollar exotic and racing machines, most of us truck folks just wanted to see one special vehicle make its run up the hill—the 2017 Ford Raptor.

The Ford Tough-liveried Raptor looked mighty and powerful amongst the low-to-the ground sports cars, and based on what the ex-Stig had in mind, the Raptor’s ride-height definitely came in handy. I won’t spoil the video by Goodwood Road & Racing for you, but let’s just say the Raptor’s 450 + horsepower and rear-wheel drive configuration put the ex-Stig’s skills to the test.
