ROUSH & Mickey Thompson’s New Ford F-150

Legendary tire and wheel manufacturer Mickey Thompson has partnered up with badass Ford tuner, ROUSH, to create a one of a kind Ford F-150 pickup truck.

The project will be simply be called, the 2016 Roush F-150, and alike previous ROUSH-inspired Ford trucks, it’ll deliver in-your-face performance along with striking visual elements besides from wheels and tires that’ll make it own the road.

A unique of ROUSH-M/T Metal Series 20-inch wheels will be paired with Mickey Thompson’s Baja ATZP3 all-terrain tires. ROUSH promises this addition to the lineup takes Ford’s new aluminum-bodied F-150 truck, and enhances it with a host of body components, graphics, interior components and performance upgrades.


Ken Warner, Vice President of Marketing for Mickey Thompson said the following: “Teaming up with ROUSH to design the new 20-inch co-branded ROUSH-M/T Metal Series wheels wrapped with the popular Baja ATZP3’s for this F-150 has been a great experience.” “The F-150 retains its place as the most popular pickup with more than 250,000 sold by the end of April this year. We’ve worked with ROUSH to create a show-stopping performance F-150 with impressive off-road capability.”

The Baja ATZP3 tires combines Mickey Thompson’s T4 chip-resistant tread compound with PowerPly sidewall construction. Its beefy tread blocks and an extra-wide footprint create a virtual all-terrain tire that’s perfect for off-road use, while it also delivers a smooth and quiet ride on the street.
