Restored 1991 Ford F-150 Nite

The rare and oft-forgotten precursor to the Lightning, this Nite was saved by a sympathetic enthusiast.

You may recall that several months ago we posted about a rare Nite-edition F-150 that we spotted in Northeast Ohio. It was clean for its age but had some of the battle scars and wear you’d expect of a nearly 30-year-old work truck in a snowy region.

Now, at the opposite end of the state, we’ve discovered the gem pictured here on Craigslist in Toledo. It’s very similar to the truck we found, but it has led a very different life. Compared to the last one we showed you, this one looks to have been pampered.

Restored 1991 Ford F-150 Nite

This 1991 Nite F-150 is equipped with a 5.0 liter 302 V-8, the smaller of the two engine choices offered. With just 78,000 miles, it has plenty of life left in it, and it appears to be largely untouched. According to the seller, everything (including the air conditioning) works as it should. That would make it a great fair-weather daily driver.
