Ranger Race Truck Rips: Truckin’ Fast Wednesday

By -

Prerunner Ranger performs high-speed, high-flying stunts that would destroy a production truck.

This week’s “Truckin Fast Wednesday” comes to us from the Mila Kraft Films YouTube channel and it features a Ford Ranger with the full prerunner race truck treatment. Over the course of the three-minute video, this compact race truck displays the advantages of this build over a stock truck, blasting through the desert and flying through the air without breaking a sweat.

Vehicle Introduction

Unfortunately, there are no details accompanying this video, but before the high-flying action begins, the video offers us a look at the prerunner Ford Ranger while it is parked. We can see that the truck has flared bedsides and fenders, allowing for plenty of wheel-travel with the long-arm suspension setup. It also has tubular front and rear bumpers, a custom tube chassis structure and a fuel cell.

Ranger Race Truck Flying

In short, there might not be any components other than the cab box and the chassis that came from the factory, but this full race truck conversion makes this Ranger a beast on the roughest surfaces imaginable.
