QUESTION OF THE WEEK Does 315 Horsepower Make You Want to Buy the 2015 Edge Sport?
Ford Motor Company announced this morning that the 2015 Ford Edge Sport will be powered by the same 2.7L EcoBoost V6 found in the 2015 F-150.
This engine has been slightly detuned for use in the Edge Sport, so where the 2.7L EcoBoost in the F-150 makes 325 horsepower and 375 lb-ft of torque in the pickup, the same engine in the Edge offers 315 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque.
This output makes the 2015 Edge Sport considerably more powerful than the previous version, and it makes the newest Sport package one of the more powerful vehicles in the segment.
For our Question of the Week, we want to know if the addition of the 2.7L EcoBoost makes you more likely to purchase the 2015 Edge Sport?
Regardless of what you think of the exterior design, would you be more likely to buy the Edge Sport thanks to the introduction of the new twin turbo EcoBoost?
