All-New Explorer Platinum Series Rolls into the L.A. Auto Show
The all-new Ford Explorer rolled into the Los Angeles Auto Show for its global debut today. The shiny, best selling SUV comes with a 3.5-liter V6 engine for the base, XLT and Limited models.
The Explorer Sport and Platinum edition get a 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 with 290 horsepower and 255 lb.-ft. of torque. A smaller 2.3-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder engine is also available for folks who enjoy traveling in the slow lane.
