Muddy Monday: F-250 Struggles in the Mud

By -

Watch as a bright orange Ford F-250 tries to conquer the mud, but falls victim to its pride.

This week’s “Muddy Monday” video features a ninth generation (1992-1997) Ford F-250 playing in a small mud hole in the woods. We don’t have any details on this F-250, but the motor sounds stock or very near stock, with aggressive tires and an aftermarket light bar on the bumper as only modifications.

The video by Austin Mozz begins with the bright orange truck rolling down the hill into the mud, and attempting to drive right at the cameraman. Unfortunately, the back tires quickly lose traction and the big Ford stops moving forward. At this point we can see the truck is running only in rear-wheel drive, and although the driver is able to back up – he cannot make any real forward progress.

This bright orange F-250 does a fine job of showing the difference four-wheel drive and two-wheel drive, especially in this type of conditions.
