MIlwaukee Brewers Player Busted for Massive F-250
First baseman couldn’t outrun the long arm of the law, even in his sweet F-250.
Milwaukee Brewers first baseman Eric Thames recently discovered that there is one little drawback to driving a huge, heavily modded F-250: Ride height limits. According to Tampa Bay’s WFTS news, Thames was driving around Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in his Ford F-250, when the police pulled him over for exceeding ride height.
Thames has made his love of big, badass Ford trucks well known, posting pictures of his hulking custom Ford truck, including details about all the mods on his Instagram. He’s also popped up on the Milwaukee Brewers Twitter feed with his monster truck. He loves big trucks, and he cannot lie!
In the end, it was just a minor run-in with the police, and Thames took it all in stride, even posting the pictures of his “bust” on Instagram.
Let’s be honest, Thames is a big dude and sometimes a big and tall guy just needs a big and tall truck. Case in point: Shaq’s custom Ford F-650. But Thames’s F-250 is so massive and lifted that it’s pretty hard to stay under the radar. Thames said on Instagram, “Thank goodness I didn’t buy an F-650.”
