Are Minion Ford Trucks a Thing?

By -

Of course they are! I mean, who could resist the silliness that are little yellow aliens wearing denim coveralls that speak unknown languages? Apparently not this Ford truck owner.

The Bismarck Tribune, reports that Larry Zastoupil of Aberdeen, S.D. began the Minion twin project a while back, when he thought about building a twin to his stunning bright yellow 1956 Ford F-100.

While the real pride and joy is the 60-year old Ford pickup truck that took him three years to rebuild, the crowds went even more crazy over his custom Minion miniature truck. Zastoupil built the Minion-twin from the ground up on a full-size ATV, which he then attached a go-kart frame to it, and designed the body out of fiber glass.

The pair of Minion-themed and colored trucks now travels to various shows constantly and captures the hearts of old and young alike. That being said, this pair isn’t the only Ford minion truck in the land, as this Minion-wrapped Ford Transit Connect toured the country with a couple of Minions inside it during the premiere of the Minion movie.

As a Minion would say, ah kaeodos alllipenkarich!, which means, great job, Larry!
