Slammed Ford Super Duty Is the Gold Standard

By -

Haters will say it’s ugly, pointless, and a waste of truck, but this low-ridin’ Ford Super Duty proves one important point.

What’s that point? That whatever you do with your truck and your money is your business. As you may know, the low rider movement has existed for decades now and is one of the most controversial in the automotive world — especially when it comes to pickup trucks. While low rider enthusiasts stuck mostly to mini-trucks back in the early days, that isn’t the case anymore.

These days, trucks like this massive Ford Super Duty F-350 dually are more likely to get slammed than a Ranger. Haters will undoubtedly scoff at the modified ride, of course. They’ll wax poetic about the fact that these trucks were built to work, and that the owner “ruined” it. Maybe some folks just dig the look of a big truck slammed to the ground, and that’s perfectly fine with us.

If you’re a fan of low riders, you’ll undoubtedly love this massive golden hauler featured by S_JOHNSON_PHOTOS. The F-350 sports a set of massive Forgiato Wheels under giant fenders, giving it a fantastic stance. The wheels sport body-color accents, as do the mirrors, trim, and satellite dish on top. Heck, they even painted the inside of the headlights, which is a testament to the attention to detail on this build.

Love it or hate it, it’s impossible not to appreciate the thought and passion that went into this Ford Super Duty build. It might not be your cup of tea, but it’s a Ford, after all. And the true beauty of custom truck world lies in its diversity.

Let’s appreciate this dually for what it is: One incredibly cool and incredibly large boulevard cruiser.
