Lincoln Navigator Named a “Best Value in America” – Again

Lincoln Navigator Vincentric Award 2

The folks at Lincoln have done it again. They’ve taken home the Vincentric award for the Best Value in America award in the Large Luxury SUV category – in the back of the Navigator.

Using a statistical model that includes the total cost of ownership of all 2016 model year vehicles, their current market prices, and the rebates and incentives available for them, the automotive data analysis firm determined the overall value of the big Lincoln.

The Navigator beat out its competitors thanks to it having such characteristics as the lowest depreciation, maintenance, operating (fuel, repairs, and maintenance), and total ownership costs in its class.

It makes us wonder if Vincentric has a way to determine how much it would cost to repair and maintain the gullwing doors on a (fantasy) production version of the new Navigator concept…
