HUMP DAY JUMP! “General Lee” Ford Bronco Jumps at County Fair
In a miraculous feat of television popularity, it seems like the Dukes of Hazzard have always managed to unite the car-loving world under their rather high-flying banner. While we all know that General Lee was, in reality, a Dodge Charger, it’d be hard to find anyone, regardless of the vehicle manufacturer preferences, that doesn’t absolutely adore the show and the rather intriguing ride within it.
Chrysler, General Motors, and Ford fans alike all love the reference to General Lee, which explains why so many knock-offs have occurred over the years. And, really, when it comes down to it no one really cares if the airborne machine is a Charger or not!
In today’s video, we get to see a “General Lee” Ford Bronco leaping at a county fair, and it is certainly superb! Painted in the iconic shade of orange with “01” painted on the side, there is very little that could make this clip better. Except, of course, the theme song playing right as the ride gets airborne! Really, we love watching this video. But who wouldn’t? The reference is timeless!
While this isn’t the first time we’ve seen a General Lee style jump, we still love it just as much! Check out the video below and see the bound for yourself!
