HUMP DAY JUMP Ford Explorer Leaps to Its Death
There have always been mixed opinions about the Ford Explorer. Some people love them, and some people hate them. At times we’ll hear stories about how one refused to die, chugging on past even 300,000 miles as it flexed its Ford title.
Other times, however, we hear stories about a Ford Explorer with endless problems, mishaps, and mayhem. Regardless of your experience with these rides, we are certainly glad that Ford made them. After all, they certainly seem to fly better than most trucks!
In this video we get to see yet another Ford Explorer fly, and it is quite fun to watch — as it always is. These guys decided to destroy this rig since it already seemed to be on its deathbed. The first leap, which was met with a rather hard landing, resulted in a flat tire, bent tie rod ends, a destroyed wheel bearing, and a blown radiator. Surprisingly, the truck just kept on going though!
Well, it did until the second leap. Also met with a hard landing, this bound took out the engine and transmission and the Explorer was scrapped. While we’re sad to see the Ford go, we’re not sure that there was really a better way to send it off! Check out the video below and let us know what you think!
