All right all you modifiers and wrench monkeys out there, here’s the low down for this year’s SEMA show.

Ford is calling all of you to serve it’s mighty Blue Oval army, and they need you ready to fight the onslaught that is Dodge. Take up arms, and get ready to die on the field of battle that’s known as SEMA!

Okay, so maybe that’s not what Ford actually said in the press release, but that’s totally the gist of it. What Ford is actually looking for are proposals for this year’s SEMA show in Las Vegas.

Essentially, what you need to do is complete a fairly extensive plan on what you want to show, how you’ll show it, and why Ford should pick you. So in other words, it’s like a beauty pageant, but with way more blood and tears.

Ford wants you to propose; a vehicle theme, which vehicle you want to use, vehicle modifications, new product development, promotional plan, and where you’d like to see the car in the show.

Then you need a color rendering of the proposed vehicle and past project examples to show off why you should be picked for their SEMA partnership program.

If you all are interested in  Ford’s looking for shops to modify the 2016 Edge Sport, Explorer, Fiesta and Focus ST, the new Mustang, and the new F-150. Here’s where to mail your submissions! Good luck.
