Ford Performance Unleashes FP700 Bronze & Black Edition Packages for the F-150!

Ford Performance FP700 Bronze Edition and Black Edition

FP700 Bronze or Black Edition performance packages combine unique wheels & graphics with a 50-state-legal Whipple supercharger that will take your 2021-23 5.0L F-150 to 700 horsepower!

When Ford Performance isn’t turning every new Ford into a Raptor or a Shelby or a Dark Horse, they make performance parts and upgrade packages for Blue Oval Vehicles. Today’s release of the FP700 was unveiled at Carlisle Ford Nationals (which runs through Sunday, June 4 — buy tickets HERE) and will be available as both a Bronze Edition or a Black Edition.

Designed for MOST 2021 – 2023 Ford F-150 models (Regular, SuperCab, and SuperCrew) equipped with the 5.0L Coyote V8, the FP700 packages are a combination of looks and performance.

700 Horsepower and Legal in EVERY State

M-6066-F150SCA F150 5.0L Supercharger Kit

The heart of the FP700 kits is the M-6066-F150SCA F150 5.0L Supercharger Kit. Made for 2021 to 2023 F-150s equipped with the 5.0L Coyote V8 (and NOT ProPower OnBoard), this Whipple/Ford Performance collaboration includes a third generation Whipple Supercharger that produces 700 hp at 6,500 RPM and 590 lb-ft of torque at 5,000 RPM. The system is also 50-state emissions-compliant, including California and states that follow California emissions. And, if installed by a Ford dealership or certified ASE technician, there’s a 3-year/36K-mile warranty.

Exclusive Graphics & Wheels

To be clear, most of the parts included in the FP700 kits are off-the-shelf Ford Performance parts that you can order at any time. (There’s a full list below of all the included components). However, as the color-coded names imply, the Black Edition and Bronze Edition FP700 are anchored by exclusive wheels and graphics/decals that are ONLY available as part of these kits.

The Bronze Edition includes 22″ x 9.5″ bronze Ford Performance wheels, bronze side decals, and bronze tailgate letters. Likewise, the Black Edition boasts 22″ x 9.5″ black Ford Performance wheels, black side decals, and black tailgate letters.

Customers will be responsible for picking out their own tires. May we suggest checking out Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S or 4 SUV tires. Both are incredible performance tires available in a (very close to factory diameter) 275/40R22 108Y XL BSW that should really help in putting all 700 ponies to the ground.

More Than Just a Supercharger, Graphics, and Wheels

FP700 F-150

At first glance, it would appear that the FP700 package are simply mo’ power, sweet graphics, and some shiny wheels. But there are actually a few more crucial and small components. Both kits also include a Ford Performance Fender Vent Kit, black lug nuts, a Ford Performance floor mat set, a black painted grille, a slim license plate frame, a rear spring lowering kit, and an “FP700 Interior Badge.”

Who Can NOT Run the FP700 Bronze or Black Edition?

As we’ve discussed, the FP700 kits are designed for most 2021, 2022, and 2023 5.0L Coyote V8-powered F-150 models. However, if your truck has either ProPower OnBoard or the 8-foot bed, the M-6066-F150SCA F150 5.0L Supercharger Kit will not work with those two configurations.

Everyone else appears to be included (but please do confirm with Ford Performance directly if you have any concerns).

Pricing & Availability

FP700

Both the FP700 Bronze and Black Editions will retail for $12,350 (plus taxes and any installation labor). Here are the direct links to Ford Performance’s website for both packages —

For reference, the M-6066-F150SCA supercharger kit alone costs $9,500 (although as we write this, it’s listed at $8,700 on CJ Pony Parts). The question then becomes, are the exclusive wheels & graphics, lugnuts, grille, fender vent, badge, and lowering kit worth an extra three grand (without tires)?

At this time, it’s unclear as to how much money (if any) these packages save over buying a similar collection of Ford Performance parts separately. But they certainly look handsome as depicted on the prototype test trucks.
