Carlisle Ford Nationals Is Ready to Roll into Pennsylvania on May 31

World’s largest all-Ford show will take over Carlisle Fairgrounds with auctions, special guests, a street party and its famous Ford Parade.

If you love anything and everything Ford, then the upcoming Carlisle Ford Nationals in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, has got you covered. Anything from the likes of Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury will be in attendance and on display throughout the event, which is set for May 31 to June 2. Because there are so many awesome attractions for Ford enthusiasts, your main problem might be in planning how to jam everything you want to do into three days.

Along with the wide array of Blue Oval vehicles that will be on display, Ford Motor Company and Ford Performance will also be on site offering test drives of new cars, installation of parts, and unique displays for the event.

In addition to the official visit from Ford and Ford Performance, there are plenty of other unique experiences home only to the Carlisle Ford Nationals. Roadkill host Mike Finnegan will be at the event on June 1 and 2 for meet and greets with fans. Longtime Ford racer Al Joniec will also be in attendance along with authors Charlie Morris, who will be discussing his book The Adventures of Al Joniec; Boss Mustang, 50 Years writer Donald Farr will be discussing and signing copies of his latest tome; and former Ford product designer Steve Saxty will be discussing The Cars You Always Promised Yourself, his new book about Ford’s special vehicles and prototypes.

Attendees will also get a chance to check out the new Ford Mustang GT-500 and the new 2.3 liter high performance package Mustang. Plus, if you’re feeling adventurous, you can take a hot lap in a 2019 Ford Mustang GT-350. And, of course, you’ll want to check out one of the popular annual event’s star attractions: the world’s largest Ford automotive flea market.

And on June 1, the Carlisle Ford Nationals‘ famous Ford Parade will roll through downtown Carlisle, where there will be a huge street party. The parade will once again be led by a select group of Ford officials showing off some of their hot new products. One of these special Ford guests will be the legendary Chuck Cantwell, who is an original GT500 engineer from the ’60s and he’ll join Ford Performance in the first-ever produced modern Shelby GT350R.

In addition to the parade and auctions, attendees will enjoy special exhibits celebrating 50 years of the Boss, the Eliminator and the Maverick.
