Ford Invites People to Drive the Escape to Freedom in World’s Largest Escape the Room Game
In a normal Escape the Room game, participants use clues and their wits to earn their way to freedom. In Escape NYC: An Escape the Room Driving Experience, players will also use the new Ford Escape to get themselves out.
From June 23 until June 26, they’ll have to wield the Escape’s technologies, including its SYNC 3 voice-to-text capabilities, active park assist, and adaptive cruise control and collision warning with brake support, to figure out how to exit five rooms in New York’s Moynihan Station. According to Victor Blake, owner of Escape the Room NYC, that makes the location of Escape NYC 50 times larger than a typical Escape the Room space.
Ford says, “All participants will receive a custom Escape New York summer guide highlighting the state’s diverse vacation regions to help plan the perfect weekend getaway.” That and snacks for the road should fit perfectly in the new Escape’s increased interior storage space.
