2016 F-150 Special Edition Appearance Package - 2015-06-23 10.53.03

If you’re interested in a F-150 XLT or Lariat, one of the options you can choose is the Sport Appearance Package. This package removes the chrome bits to give it a darker, more streamlined look. For 2016, they have taken that one step further with the introduction of the Special Edition Appearance Package.

Available on the XLT and Lariat, the Special Edition Appearance Package adds a different grille, new wheels, and red stitching on the interior. On the Lariat model, which comes standard with leather seats, the seats have red bolsters and add Alcantara added.

The XLT doesn’t get the red accents in the grille, but the cloth seats do receive the color treatment also gets the red interior stitching.

Yes, they are just appearance packages and add nothing to the performance of the truck, but if you’re looking at making your truck stand out from the gajillions of different F-150s on the market, the new appearance package looks great!

Pricing hasn’t been announced, and you’ll be able to order it on the 2016 model year trucks.
