2014 F-150 towing 1966 Mustang coupe

Unstoppable 2014 F-150’s towing capacity shines, brings man’s first car home without breaking a sweat.

Reddit user I See in HD recently recovered his first car, a 1966 Ford Mustang coupe that had been in storage for 20 years over 700 miles away. Given that the Mustang is not road-roady, he would need a solid truck to tow this precious cargo home. Thankfully he is a Ford man, and owns a 2014 Ford F-150. He attached a trailer and hit the road.

The F-150 towed the 1966 Mustang with ease. I See in HD said this trusty 2014 F-150 FX4 handled the tow effortlessly, handling it so well that his “2014 Ecoboost didn’t even know she was back there.” Once home, the Mustang joined his stable of Blue Oval beauties.

The 1966 Mustang joins his F-150 and 2007 Shelby Mustang. “Stable is full once more,” wrote I See in HD. “And yes that’s a Honda Ridgeline in the background. Wife’s truck. But I bleed Ford Blue!!”

What better way to get a Ford home, than with a Ford truck.
