Looking for a Ford F-350 with a Cummins Diesel?

Ask many Super Duty owners what they love most about their Ford truck, and the majority of them will say, “the engine.” Well, if you’re a loyal Ford Powerstroke fan, then this video by Kolenberg Motors may annoy a little bit.

This 2005 Ford F-350 dually King Ranch is for sale at a used car lot in Canada, and by the sounds of it, the car lot representative or person who shot the video, is a big fan of the truck, often times showing his excitement for it while filming the video shown.

The representative goes on to claim that he personally knows the previous owner of the truck, and that he supposedly spent over $100,000 dollars to rip out the original Powerstroke diesel V8, and install a twin-turbocharged Cummins diesel engine. Not only that, but various interior goodies, plus a lifted suspension and 22′ semi-truck wheels.

While I must admit this is a sweet-looking truck, I do find it sacrilegious to have removed the mighty fine Powerstroke for a Cummins, although they do built a great diesel engine. As in why the owner decided to spend so much money in this swap? Who knows…
