Own a Famous Custom F-150 Without Doing Any Work
The Tjin Edition Ford F-150 might have the body of America’s favorite pickup, but nearly everything underneath has been nipped, tucked, altered, improved, or cut. And now, the SEMA project-turned Truckin cover truck is looking for a devoted new owner to look it.
The base for this build was a 2013 Ford F-150 FX2 Sport SuperCrew with a 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 engine and 6-speed automatic transmission. With that, the people at Tjin executed a gorgeous vision that even appeared in automotive aftermarket product advertisements.
The first, most-noticeable mod is how it sits. It’s riding on a custom suspension with Air Lift bag struts and Accuair air management. The wheels are three-piece 24-inch Rotiforms and stopping power comes from front and rear Baer 6-piston calipers and cross-drilled rotors.
On the exterior of the truck, customizations include a new paint job, Webasto sunroofs, a custom front bumper, LightWurkz headlights and rear lamps, a Leer tonneau cover, and a Line-X bed. The interior has a new Scosche sound system, Katzin leather, and Glowshift gauges and LEDs.
Performance-wise, Tjin gave the truck a Vortech intercooler, a custom MagnaFlow side exhaust, a tune, and Royal Purple liquids.
With 15 days remaining on the auction, the price currently sits at $55,000.
