SEMA

Ford is making it rain at the 2017 SEMA show with some seriously amazing F-Series concepts.

There’s no doubting that the Specialty Equipment Market Association show, or SEMA as it’s otherwise known, is one of the most important, and one of the largest, automotive events on the planet. For manufacturers, the Las Vegas-based show gives them a chance to show off their latest and most exciting wares. Not to mention what’s possible in the realm of custom rides. So it should come as no surprise that Ford doesn’t play around when it comes to showing off custom versions of its world-dominating F-Series pickup.

In fact, Ford is bringing a whopping eleven custom F-Series builds to SEMA. Each of which wholly unique. From capable off-road machines to low-riding showstoppers, you’ll find something for everyone’s taste. And most likely, a little inspiration for your next build. So without further ado, feast your eyes on four of Ford’s next-level 2017 SEMA F-Series builds.

Ford F-150 RTR Muscle Truck

2017 SEMA F-Series

The Ford F-150 RTR Muscle Truck is just as comfortable with a full load in the bed as it is doing donuts, playing in the dirt, jumping or spirited driving with friends. With a low, wide, aggressive and purposeful stance that incorporates modern design language, this truck is a new style and approach to F-150 multi-purpose machines capable of performing both on and off-road.

The truck’s suspension has been treated to a host of RTR components, including enhanced travel coilovers and rear dampers, extended double wishbone suspension system, heavy-duty rear axle, and payload maximizer springs. A MagnaFlow performance exhaust also gives the aggressive looking truck an aggressive sound from its 5.0-liter Coyote V8.

Ready for Adventure, Wherever the Road Leads

SEMA F-150

When there’s a bend in the road and rough terrain ahead, this custom F-150 is up to the task. As fun to drive on road as it is off with an eye-catching paint scheme and the seven-inch lift kit, this truck makes an instant impression. To make sure this monster can move, a 3.5-liter EcoBoost engine is paired with a custom tune. For a little extra growl, a Ford Performance exhaust was added. Whether it’s the mountains or Manhattan, this F-150 can conquer any terrain in style and luxury.

A Race-Inspired Pickup with Attitude

SEMA F-150

Inspired by performance on the track this F-150 XLT SuperCab is sure to turn heads.

Race-inspired ground effects deliver road-hugging handling. A functional ram air hood keeps the truck running cool while providing an aggressive front end. The custom two-tone paint job matching the wheels and tires really sets off this striking street truck.

The Tradition Continues

SEMA F-150

The 2018 Tjin Edition Ford F-150 is a follow-up to the Ford F-150 that wowed the crowd at SEMA in 2012. This sleek truck comes outfitted with custom Air Lift suspension and rocks custom 24-inch Rotiform wheels, Falken Tires, and massive Baer big brakes. The interior is redone in custom black and orange Katzkin interior, with performance upgrades that include Ford Racing exhaust.
