Primo Ford F-350 Let’s You Relive Your ’80s Fantasies
If you dig the Miami-Vice-esque paint job, this F-350 might just be the most fabulous Super Duty dually on the road.
When we came across this custom 1991 Ford F-350 Dually with just 75,000 miles, we couldn’t open up our wallets fast enough. After all, your humble writer’s first ride was a 1991 Ford F-150.
Needless to say, we were utterly distraught when just 24 hours after spotting it, the truck found a new owner courtesy of the LA-area Craigslist. Still, we liked it so much that we decided to show it to you anyhow. (Even if we just saved two photos.)
According to the ad, the truck has many custom options. As you can see, the paint is very much so personalized, and we believe it could’ve been owned by the person who designed Jane Fonda’s workout clothes. If you can get over the Miami Vice-themed/’80s track suit color scheme, there is still a lot to love about this gentle giant.
Under the hood is Ford’s fuel-injected 460 big block V8, although no references were made regarding its condition. Inside you’ll find a leather-appointed interior, but again, no photos were included. The tires are new, and so is the bed liner, although it doesn’t specify if it’s a spray-in or a drop-in plastic kind. Still, for an asking price of just $6,000 for a 26-year-old truck, it’s a whole lot of Blue Oval for a small price.
This 1991 F-350 Crew Cab dually may have found a new home, but we’ll always wonder “what if?”
