What Would F-150-Inspired Ice Cream Taste Like?

Ford created a Mustang-inspired ice cream flavor for National Ice Cream Day, but somehow forgot about its best-selling vehicle — the F-150.

If the Ford F-150 could talk, it would probably go up to the public relations representative responsible for the Mustang-inspired “Orange Fury” ice cream sandwich, and let him/her have a piece of its mind.

Ford celebrated National Ice Cream Day (July 16) by commissioning a custom ice cream sandwich from Coolhaus – the nationally celebrated sweet-treat brand. The flavor is called “Orange Fury,” and although we haven’t tried it, we’re sure it’s just as delicious as the 2018 Mustang in Orange Fury paint.

This got us thinking about a couple of things. First, why didn’t Ford commission a custom flavor for the F-150, and had they done that, what would it be called or taste like? Oh, and one more thing: why weren’t we sent any samples of Orange Fury?!

Hopefully Ford considers the following suggestions for the 2018 holiday:

  • Bronze Fire Cinnamon Swirl
  • Lightning Blue Bubblegum
  • Race Red Sour Cherry
  • Caribou Cappuccino
  • White Gold Vanilla Bean

Got any other flavor suggestions?
