Question of the Week: Which Engines Should Go in the New Bronco?

The Ford Bronco is set to return to the US in a few years, and we want to know which engine options you would like to see.

So far the only information that we have on the future of the Ford Bronco, is that it will be built at the Michigan Assembly Plant along with the new Ford Ranger. Furthermore, with the Ranger being a body-on-frame vehicle, the Bronco will most likely share that construction.

We also know that the new Bronco will be designed to shine on and off the road, and will be of similar size as the Jeep Wrangler.

What we don’t know is which Ford engines will be tucked under the hood of the new Bronco. Like most modern vehicles, a range of four and 6-cylinder turbocharged engines are expected. Heck, there might even be a diesel or hybrid in the mix.

With all of that in mind, we come to our newest “Question of the Week.”

When the 2020 Ford Bronco reaches your local dealership, what engine options would you like to see? Realistically, a V8 will never make the cut, so you can kick and scream all you want, but it’s not happening.
