Watch a Madman Drift a 1975 Ford F-100
Professional drift cars are setup to be light, nimble, and have as much grip as physically possible. And I know that sounds counter intuitive, but it’s true, all pro drift cars could turn on a dime if they wanted to.
That said, most other cars and trucks don’t exactly meet the same specifications to pull off a perfect drift. That is until now.
Here we have a 1975 Ford F-100 that deserves your respect and your applause for doing the impossible. Drifting.
The truck is heavy at the front, super light at the back, sits up high, and isn’t exactly setup for handling. However, the intrepid racer somehow pulls it off.
However, at the last second, the truck catches some sticky tarmac and almost goes into the crowd. Luckily, the driver had his wits about him and saved the truck and the spectators before any damage was done to either.
He ends the drift in a way that only a muscle truck knows how. Smokey donuts.
