Manufactured of 3003 alloy-brite aluminum tread plate that is .08 inches thick, the new SE cover is easy to install requiring only a 9/16" socket and 7/16" socket. Panels are secured by four 3/8-inch deadbolt-style locking rods directly under the bedrails of the truck. No drilling or installation of tracks is required. All interior hardware is zinc-plated steel, and all exterior hardware is stainless steel for superior strength, durability, and rust-resistance.
