Don’t Miss Next Edition of FTE‘s Ford F-100 Across Canada, Monday

By -

FTE forum members continue across the Great White North while sharing their adventures along the way.

We’ve been following the journey of Ford Truck Enthusiasts forum members David Morton and Don Giroux as they travel across Canada in a 1968 Ford F-100. Set to launch on Monday, Sept. 10, our next installment of the original blog series finds the pair travelling in some very scenic rural areas and small towns as they journey from Moosomin to Kenora, Canada. Don is getting his first real experience in driving manual, and the F-100’s granny transmission proves to be an asset in this endeavor. That’s not to say there isn’t a little static when it comes to the learning curve.

Speaking of static, of course the tunes are still going, as are our on-the-road correspondents. They’re finding the smaller towns have a few interesting particularities — and four-legged inhabitants.

Be sure to check it out for some interesting manual transmission talk, and stunning pictures from the road.
