Clint Eastwood’s Son Says, “Buy a Ford, Punk.”

Eastwood F-150

Okay, Clint Eastwood’s son didn’t EXACTLY word it that way, but Scott Eastwood recently purchased a new Ford F-150 and shared it on his Instagram. The child of the world-famous actor also made a plea to his followers to buy American-made vehicles to support our great country.

Nothing but the best from my two homies @seancstagram & @aidstigram #ford #northcountyford #f150 buy American support your country!

Considering that he has 873,000 Instagram followers, he has a big reach to promote his message of buying American. As you already know, the Ford F-150 is assembled in the United States, either in Dearborn or Kansas City. The new Super Duty is also built in this country.

If the new Ranger comes to fruition, it’ll also be assembled in the United States, presumably in the Michigan Assembly Plant that’ll be sitting empty in a few years.

Unsolicited celebrity endorsements are always great for manufacturers, and surely there are some people who will see Scott’s love for the F-150 and consider it for their next vehicle.

Do you find celebrity endorsements of things helpful, or an annoyance? Head on over to our forums and let us know what you think! Or else you might upset dad…
