BFGoodrich Presents BUILDUP A 1988 F-150 XLT Lariat

By -

This rig is an Arizona beauty. With only a little more than one hundred thousand miles, this 1988 Ford F-150 XLT Lariat makes for a wonderful project with lots of potential.

Ford truck enthusiast rugermack picked up the rig and is planning on adding a lift, new tires, rims, new bushings all around, and a brand new interior.

He just recently ordered many new parts — including the 4″ lift, ball joints, an Energy Suspension master kit, a heater core, and much, much more — and so this build will most definitely be picking up the pace very soon. And who wouldn’t want to see this amazing rig built up to where it ought to be?

The F-150 is powered by a 302 V8 and has a C6 transmission — and yes, it is definitely a 4×4. It currently sports a very nice paint job that is only one and a half years old. Soon this rig will be lifted high and roar even louder as it cruises down the street, not to mention that the interior will be nicer and cleaner. This ’88 Ford is going places — rugermack is making sure of that!
