The next-generation Ford F-150 Raptor is a big deal. People bought the previous truck with an unexpected and lucrative fervor which the company wants to keep going with the 2017 model.

It’s an even bigger deal – literally – in the SuperCrew bodystyle shown at this week’s 2016 North American International Auto Show. Compared to the SuperCab configuration, it has 12 more inches of wheelbase. That means more room for friends, gear, and legroom in the back to use when riding back to town after a long and memory-filled day of flying across sand dunes or climbing and descending vertigo-inducing peaks.

Get all the angles on the big beast, from its authoritative and exclusive grille to its Rambo-grade rubber to its 10-speed auto’s surfboard-length shift paddles to its you-can-see-it-from-outer-space tailgate lettering, in the video below.
