2019 Ford Ranger Interior: Everything We Know
Ford hasn’t announced it yet, but it also looks like the Ranger may offer the same hill descent controls as the F-150 Raptor. The buttons in front of the 4WD dial look eerily similar to those in the Raptor, which could suggest that you would use the same cruse control settings to control this feature. Interestingly enough, pressing the brake doesn’t turn the system off like traditional cruise control. It merely decreases speed to whatever the driver wishes.
Overall, the 2019 Ford Ranger interior is textbook Blue Oval. Meaning that it’s incredibly ergonomic with a thoughtful layout. The instrument cluster and center console are familiar and attractive, the dashboard wide and expansive. There’s even waterproof storage under second row seating, a welcome addition for budding off-roaders. And since we obviously spend most of our time with our trucks on the inside, these are all welcome revelations.
