How Do the 2018 Expedition & Navigator Stack up Against Each Other?
Both are drop dead gorgeous, but which one would you spend your hard-earned money on?
There’s no denying that both the 2018 Lincoln Navigator and 2018 Ford Expedition are eye-catching vehicles. Both are spacious and comfortable full size SUVs. However, as many Ford and Lincoln fans will take note of, these are pretty different machines. In today’s featured video pictures of the Navigator and Expedition are shown, comparing and contrasting the two vehicles in order to show viewers the key differences between the two. Besides the grille badge and price tag, of course!
The 2018 Lincoln Navigator screams luxury. While the exterior looks very smooth and refined, the interior is where luxury can truly be found. From the massive infotainment touchscreen to the leather of the seats and trim, Lincoln is targeting a wealthy audience who still needs the kind of space traditional luxury SUVs just don’t have. It’s no slouch under the hood either, with its twin-turbocharged 3.5L engine projected to reach 450 horsepower. Much like the 2017 Raptor, the EcoBoost engine is paired to a 10-speed transmission.
On the other hand, you have the 2018 Ford Expedition. The full size SUV sports the same large interior that can seat up to eight people comfortably, but lacks some of the refinement found in the Navigator. However, there’s something to be said about a vehicle that just looks good and doesn’t need all the bells and whistles. Sure, it doesn’t have the huge touchscreen, but it still has all the safety features and technology offerings that consumers look for in a top-of-the-line SUV. Plus, as the picture shows in the video, it can haul a lot of soccer balls.
So, which do you prefer? The luxurious Navigator or the versatile Expedition?
