2017 Ford Raptor vs. 2016 Shelby F-150 (Video)

Raptor

Though there are some differences the two hosts point out. Jakub opens the tonneau cover on the Shelby and says, “do you know what the bed cover is covering? Carpet. They’ve got carpet in here.” Yuri sums it up: “it’s a city slicker truck.” Though incredibly capable, and sporting some Raptor-like Fox shocks tuned by Shelby, the six-figure special-edition truck is likely to only seldom see dirt.

Anyone who’s seen a special edition F-150 of any variety (think Harley Davidson) knows that nobody skimps on badges when tricking out one of Ford’s best-sellers. The Raptor? Only 10 that say “Raptor.” The Shelby? More than double that on the outside alone (27). Total, they find 33 badges inside and out. They even discover another one on the skid plate when comparing the two.
