What could possibly make the 2017 Ford Raptor more exciting than it already is? While some of you might say, “give me a supercharged V8,” I bet none of you thought about adding another axle. That’s right, the made folks at Hennessey Performance are offering up a 2017 Ford Raptor 6×6.

The transition from a 4×4 to a 6×6, apart from the new axle, includes locking rear axles, new 20″ wheels, off-road tires, and upgraded Fox Racing suspension bits. New bumpers add extra protection everywhere, and some visual upgrades really make it look like a beast.

“Our VelociRaptor 6X6 is pure aggression on wheels—all six of them”, Hennessey said in a statement. No doubt about that claim, that’s for sure!

It’s not cheap, though. It starts at $295,000 and includes the cost of a donor Raptor. The base package doesn’t include any engine upgrades, so you get 450 horsepower and 510 lb-ft of torque. But if you do want to upgrade to the HPE600 package, you can. That gives you, as you can guess by the name, over 600 horsepower. That’ll set you back an additional $22,500. But hey, it’s only money!
