Thousands of people, celebrity guests, and countless awesome Fords made this year’s Galpin show a huge success.

Gaplin Ford in Van Nuys, California, isn’t just the world’s number-one selling Ford dealership. The third-generation family owned and operated institution has held that title for decades now. And each year, they host one of the most amazing car shows on earth, too. For 2017, the Galpin crew once again opened up their dealerships, which span several blocks east of the 405 freeway. And among the slew of sweet rides that showed up were an incredible draw of Ford trucks.

Galpin quite literally rolled out the red carpet this year, clearing all the lots of inventory to make space for car show participants. And while any and all brands were welcome, Blue Oval rides once again dominated the scene. And among thousands of attendees, there were some pretty notable characters as well. Namely famous funny man and owner of an epic car collection Jay Leno, who rolled in in his brand new Ford GT.

In addition to visitor rides, Galpin has quite the collection of vintage Ford trucks themselves. From their drag-ready Econoline pickup to an off-road prepped Bronco, there was plenty of eye candy on display. There was a pre-runner F-150 and first-gen Bronco painted up in Gulf livery, flanked by some of the rarest and most valuable Mustangs on the planet.

Pretty much a Ford truck (or Ford in general) fan’s dream. Galpin estimates that an astounding 10,000 people came down to check out the incredible display, and we can see why. Still, for an event only in its sixth year, that’s pretty darn impressive. If all of this sounds like your idea of a can’t-miss event, stay glued to the official event page for next year’s show announcement!
