We were looking across the lots of rare, unique, and collector vehicles when we came across this eye-catching 1979 custom Ford pickup truck. With that color, it was a little hard to miss. But more on that later.

Without a doubt, this represents one of our favorite eras of Ford trucks. And despite the modifications, this truck is still all dentside. The 1979 Ford custom pickup underwent a full frame-off restoration, and was customized with with a custom paint job, custom graphics, and a powder-coated frame. The Joker palette in green and purple might not be for everyone, but you cannot overlook that this bad boy has both a lot of show, and a lot of go.

When it comes to power, this ’79 F-series pickup delivers. It is powered by a massive 460 cubic inch big-block 8-cylinder engine paired to an automatic 4-speed transmission, producing 500 horsepower. It also includes custom headers, and a custom exhaust.

The interior, in black and grey, is a subtler option to play against the exterior. One big highlight of this truck is the custom-built fully hydraulic tilt bed, complete with custom roll bars, and a manual tilt nose option. How cool is that?
