Anyone know where I can get E load range tires for the 16.5 rims I have on my
F250? The truck is used for hauling a camper. I've checked all the local tire
stores
as well as the web, but have found nothing.

Hello- New to the F150 list.  I have a 1990 F150 - I6, auto, 2wd 124k.  I
just had the upper & lower ball joints done on the right side.  Tightened up
the slope in the front end.  I would like some advice regarding shocks.  At
hi-way speeds the truck seems to skitter a little while going over bumps and
feels a little "floaty" while driving back roads.  Nothing drastic, but may
be cause for concern.  I just bought the truck and knew about the Ball joint
problem.  My old truck was an 1994 Explorer LTD which are known to be a bit
bouncy and tight.  Any ideas?  Thanks in advance.   Bill

Thank Ken  -  I was a digest listener on the Small/SUV list and enjoyed the
experience very much.  I look to be more of a contributor with this list.
Question.  Can I have both the live and digest list sent to me.  I really
learned a lot from the other questions & comments and would like to continue
listening.

Thanks again, you have a great service here.

Bill

Hello i have a 1990 F150,302,2wd, and im getting a low idle drop when i shift between Park and then Odrive, Driveor Reverse. Goes down to 600 and 500, ive also notice that while the a/c on and waiting for the light to turn green the idle starts to go up then down slightly ive also notice getting some black smoke when i was backing up and the idle was below 500, sounded like the truck wanted to turn off, a month ago a mechanic changed the EGR,Oxygen, and coolent sensors, he said that he checked it with a computer threw the diagnostic port under the dash, he had a hard time for the computer to generat the codes. What sensor could be causing the problem?

Thanks
Eddie
