SIRIUS SATELLITE RADIO – INTERMITTENT AUDIO CONTROL MODULE (ACM) FUNCTIONS DURING SIRIUS SATELLITE UPDATES

Some 2013 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with Sirius satellite radios may exhibit any of the following symptoms, during a Sirius satellite radio update: Radio will not turn on, Display message stating Sirius update while the 203 mm (8-inch) touchscreen freezes, CD will not eject with message saying No Disk and the 203 mm (8-inch) touchscreen locks-up intermittently during SIRIUS satellite radio updates. The (ACM) will return to normal operation after removing or replacing fuse 29 in the body control module (BCM). The ACM software has been revised to correct these conditions.
Reprogram the ACM to the latest calibration using IDS release 89.02 and higher. Calibration files may also be obtained at www.motorcraft.com.
