Some 2005-2011 F-Super Duty 250/350 4X4 vehicles may exhibit a banging/clunking noise and/or contacting the jounce bumpers. The condition can become more pronounced as the temperatures decrease within the range of 5 to -40 degrees F (-15 to -40 degrees C), and when driving over bumps on rough roads.
Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition.
