Publication Date: August 28, 2012

FORD:
2012 F-Super Duty

ISSUE:

Some 2012 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with Dual-Zone Electronic Automatic Temperature Control (EATC) or Electronic Manual Temperature Control (EMTC) and built between 10/17/2011 through 10/23/2011 and 1/22/2012 through 2/2/2012 may exhibit an excessive passenger to driver side to side temperature differences at the instrument panel vents. This may be caused by the blend door(s) not closing to the full stop position in the Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) case assembly.
