There may be a "whining" noise heard through the radio while in AM band below 1100 kHz with the A/C temperature control at Full Cool or Full Heat. On vehicles with rear A/C units, the rear temperature or mode controls may be at any position. In some situations the noise may change when vehicle loads are switched on and off. This may be caused by electromagnetic interference from the blend door actuator.
