Defect Summary:
THE ACCESSORY FEED WIRE ASSEMBLY MAY HAVE BEEN PINCHED BENEATH A MOUNTING BOLT BY THE CLIMATE CONTROL AIR DUCT ASSEMBLY. IF THIS CONDITION EXISTS, A HIGH RESISTANCE “SHORT” MAY OCCUR AND CAUSE THE WIRE TO OVERHEAT.

DEALER WILL INSPECT AND, IF THE FEED WIRE IS FOUND TO BE PINCHED IN ANY WAY BY THE CLIMATE CONTROL/AIR DUCT ASSEMBLY, THE WIRE ASSEMBLY WILL BE FREED AND SPLICED WITH CONNECTORS, WITHOUT CHARGE.
