This 1969 F250 belongs to Tim Smith (radar It used to have a 300 6 cly in it and my Grandfather was pulling a 23 foot trailer and it wasn't enough power for him. This was back in 1972. He had a new 390 put in it and has an Edelbrock intake, Hooker headers, Holly 600 cfm, Also has a 4:10 rear end from a 1965 4x4. A total of 3 gas tanks, 2 are between the front of the bed and rear wheels under the bed. The engine runs so smooth you can sit a nickel on edge on the air cleaner housing and it doesn't fall over. This is my first truck. And since it was my Grandfathers I do not plan on selling it. I'm 42 and can remember driving it in his hay field at 13 years old. That is when we were bailing the hay.
