Ford® Power Stroke® Diesel by International® Racing Teams Up With Chicago Country Music Powerhouse US 99.5 FMs Big John and Ramblin Ray at Nashville Superspeedway

( NASHVILLE , Tenn. ) – US 99.5 FM radio personalities Big John and Ramblin’ Ray will be featured on the hood of Terry Cook ’s No. 10 Ford ® Power Stroke ® Diesel by International ® race truck during the Toyota Tundra 200 Race   from the Nashville Superspeedway on Saturday, Aug. 13th.   The race will be televised by Speed Channel at .

For the past four years, Cook has joined the show as “Crew Chief” to discuss his picks for the weekend’s winners.   Following the Nashville race, Big John and Ramblin’ Ray will take possession of the hood to auction it off to a fan and donate the proceeds to charity.   Cook was introduced to the show while in Chicago promoting Power Stroke Diesel engines for his NASCAR sponsor, International Truck and Engine Corporation.

“During my first appearance on the show, Ray asked if I would like to return on a regular basis,” said Cook.   “Being in tune with his listeners, he felt there was a void in NASCAR reporting in the Chicago market and stepped up to fill that hole – and hey, it is a great way to promote Power Stroke Diesel engines. John and Ray talk to a lot of people every week.”

“Now that we are also Chicago’s Racing Station, broadcasting the Nextel Cup races, we could have our pick of many drivers to be our Friday morning NASCAR analyst but Terry and Power Stroke saw the value of connecting with US99 a couple of years ago, before these other guys came calling and it has worked out well,” said Ray Stevens.....
