Takes a while to get these loose using a hand wrench. If you are not replacing hoses and still have fluid in there, loosen both bolts before you remove the lines, the plug the ends with a piece of hose. I had already drained mine from the bottom so it wasn't and issue for me, again this picture was take after new hoses just for an example, in reality I cut these lines off (rusted) and used a socket to remove the bolts.
