turbo squeak

While engine breaking I started hearing a squeal under the hood , when I started accelerating it became a little louder , I pulled over and when I rev it up it gets louder and has a little rattle sound, sounds like it coming from the turbo

That doesn't sound good. The turbo bearings are sensitive to heat and require proper lubrication.
Always good to let the turbo spool down before shutting the engine off to help prevent possible loss of lubrication.
See if you can pull the CAC and reach in to spin the vanes to feel any binding. Not sure how easy it is get there unobstructed?

It sounds worse now after cooling off a bit. I just took it to the shop I think it is the smaller turbo on the drivers side, that is where the noise is coming from

Didn't know it was a 6.4l. They are known to fail after the back two cylinders dump DEF/fuel down those cylinders to regenerate the particulate filter, etc.
Good luck.

May just be broken exhaust manifold bolts or cracked up pipe......check exhaust manifold at rear on drivers side.
